He is the founder of NREIM and has previously worked at GAGFAH, Müller International (today’s Bank Paribas Real Estate), Colliers Corporate Norway, Edge capital and NCAP in the areas of Letting, Asset management, Corporate Services and Investments.
His main focus is on transactions and investor relations.
E. Takashi Norris

He has more than 19 years real estate experience and has lived and worked in both New York and Tokyo.
In the latter Tak established a real estate brokerage and investment firm which he ran for 12 years. Tak moved to Helsinki in 2015 where he began an advisory position with a local Finnish investment firm before he joined NCAP and now started up NREIM.
Core competences are in deal structuring and transactions.
André Ringqvist
Manager
His real estate education has been instilled in him throughout his life and career in Property Development.
It has been his family run business for three generations in Sweden. During his tenure at RM Estate AB, they developed approximately 300.000sqm of Commercial Real Estate and he hold different senior positions. In the recent years he ran his own property consulting company and have worked with Municipalities, Commercial Real Estate Companies, Project Acquisitions and Sales.
His main focus is on transactions.

Peter Jacobsen
Head of Asset Management
Peter Jacobsen has vast knowledge of commercial real estate and has worked with Asset Management and real estate development for International and Norwegian investors.

For seven years he was director for the Oslo office of Norway’s largest real estate management company, responsible for over half of the firm’s Norwegian portfolio.

Main focus is on Asset Management and transaction services.

Wilken Ratz
CFO
Wilken is a driven real estate executive with over 15 years of experience in funds finance, reporting, and valuation.
He worked in London and Berlin before relocating to New York in 2006. In different roles at EY's Transaction Real Estate Group, Wilken advised leading real estate funds across asset classes, geographies, and risk profiles.
He is focused on financial analysis and investor relations.

Christian has been active in the Swedish real estate market since 1988, coming from a 5 year position as CEO of a finance company in the Siemens Group, specialized in Sale and Lease back transactions.
After that he was a member of the core group that started Newsec in 1993 and he was also CEO of its real estate agency branch for 5 years. Then he started his own independent consultancy focused on corporate property solutions and transactions.
