Our team is well positioned in each Nordic country, and work to identify projects that are not currently on the market. We believe in creating opportunity and not waiting for it! We work hard to find opportunities that match our client’s investment priorities and provide indepth market info to facilitate each deal.
Transaction Management
We have considerable experience of handling all aspects of property transactions from single asset, to portfolios. We can manage the entire transaction from LOI until closing, coordinating Due Diligence and negotiations, as well as handling after sale issues in the SPA. Over the years the team has been involved in excess of € 4bn of transactions.

Our long experience and proven contacts give us exceptional access to reliable equity and capital partners. We know many of the local senior lenders, understand their lending criteria and can identify the opportunities and risks for our partners at an early stage and advise on the best funding strategy.
