He has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1996.

 

He is the founder of NREIM and has previously worked at GAGFAH, Müller International (today’s Bank Paribas Real Estate), Colliers Corporate Norway, Edge capital and NCAP in the areas of Letting, Asset management, Corporate Services and Investments.

 

His main focus is on transactions and investor relation.

Christian has been active in the Swedish real estate market since 1988, coming from a 5 year position as CEO of a finance company in the Siemens Group, specialized in Sale and Lease back transactions.

 

After that he was a member of the core group that started Newsec in 1993 and he was also CEO of its real estate agency branch for 5 years. Then he started his own independent consultancy focused on corporate property solutions and transactions.

Wilken is a driven real estate executive with over 15 years of experience in funds finance, reporting, and valuation.

 

He worked in London and Berlin before relocating to New York in 2006. In different roles at EY's Transaction Real Estate Group, Wilken advised leading real estate funds across asset classes, geographies, and risk profiles.

 

He is focused on financial analysis and investor relations.

Andre's real estate education was instilled from an early age, through family & generational careers in Property Development.

 

During his tenure at RM Estate AB, they developed approximately 300.000sqm of Commercial Real Estate and he held numerous senior positions. In the recent years, he managed and founded a property consulting company and has worked with Municipalities, Commercial Real Estate Companies, Project Acquisitions and Sales.

 

His main focus is on transactions & Business Development

Casper has 15 years of real estate experience in the Danish market. Former deputy chief executive in DATEA (now Newsec), and currently managing a prime inner-city Copenhagen, Family-office portfolio of DKK 1b, with a focus on optimizing and managing the portfolio through active Asset Managent and development.

Trained as a lawyer and from Copenhagen Business School, and serving as an interim court judge on real estate issues for the district courts.

Casper heads up the Asset Management business in Denmark.

 

Main focus is on Asset Management.

Peter Jacobsen has vast knowledge of commercial real estate and has worked with Asset Management and real estate development for International and Norwegian investors.

For seven years he was director for the Oslo office of Norway’s largest real estate management company, responsible for over half of the firm’s Norwegian portfolio.

Main focus is on Asset Management and transaction services.

Niklas was first introduced in the real estate business in 1989 by joining Fastighetsrenting Göteborg. After some years in the finance environment Niklas established Newsec in Göteborg and later became Senior property manager at Amplion properties.

 

Niklas has also acted as the CEO of Heimstaden AB. In the later years he has been vice president of MMT Group and as a Management consultant.

 

His main focus in addition to transactions is development and market strategy and transaction services.
